Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

In all cases, deposits and any other payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Tattooed Heart Studios and it's employees reserve all rights to cancel or reschedule an appointment with or without notice, for any reason, at any time, and without providing an explanation. 

Sick Policy: The health and safety of our clients and employees are our top priorities. If you feel sick, regardless of whether you believe you were exposed to COVID-19, please do not come to your appointment. If you have recently traveled or think you may have been in contact with someone who has been sick please notify your artist immediately. 

Regular Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, for a reason other than illness or suspicion of illness, you may do so one time. In the event of a reschedule, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment using the online scheduling system. Reschedule requests within 7 days prior to your appointment time or multiple reschedule requests will result in a forfeit of your deposit to the artist whom you are booked with. If you cancel your appointment, do not show for your appointment on the scheduled date, or arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time you will forfeit your deposit to the artist whom you are booked with.
